Welcome to TimeSync. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. TimeSync is a student-built project; please use it responsibly.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• Don't use TimeSync for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don't impersonate others or share schedules that aren't yours.
• Don't upload images containing content you don't have rights to.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the schedule data, busy blocks, notes, and screenshots you upload. You grant TimeSync a limited license to store and display this content so the app can function (e.g., showing your schedule to friends you've explicitly added).

4. Service Availability

TimeSync is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may change features, pause, or shut down the service at any time.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TimeSync and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
